Family Rule summarises their product as a “handmade giant ruler height chart that will be with your family for generations”. We personally think that this is one of the cutest products we have ever worked with! Every Family Rule height chart is cut, stained, and carefully painted by hand.
We were engaged to enhance their online store and to ensure their online presence represented their high-quality product offering and impeccable customer service.

We created a customised Shopify theme that enhanced their brand and accurately represented their high-quality products. We also revamped the navigation of the site to create better user experience.
The vast majority of website users were coming from a mobile device so we designed and developed a mobile solution with conversion at the forefront of our design. This allowed us to design a website that had fantastic mobile user experience and would convert mobile users into paying customers.
Their previous website was overwhelming to the users due to their extensive product range and large number of personalisation options that were available. We introduced conditional product formatting to overcome this issue.
