Business South Bank (BSB) is a membership-based organisation representing the South Bank precinct with more than 125 corporate members representing a workforce of approximately 15,000 people. They needed a new website to improve engagement and communicate the association’s value to current and potential members through an optimised web experience across all devices.

Applications & Members’ Directory
Responsive application forms allow potential members to join BSB from any device and improve the conversion rates of applications received. In addition, a comprehensive, filterable membership directory presents the esteemed range of member organisations.
A dynamic events section gives prominence to the variety of BSB events throughout the year – this is a key area where members receive value from the association.
A corporate, yet vibrant site was built to represent the members of the association and the diversity of the precinct. This was delivered through a responsive site that was optimised for desktops, tablets and smart-phones; demontrating the broad range of services BSB provides to its members, with clear calls to action.
Metrics for success were incorporated to measure:
- Reduced bounce-rate
- Increase user engagement with content
- Increase membership applications submissions
- Increase eNews subscribers
