A corporate, yet vibrant site was built to represent the members of the association and the diversity of the precinct. This was delivered through a responsive site that was optimised for desktops, tablets and smart-phones; demontrating the broad range of services BSB provides to its members, with clear calls to action.
Metrics for success were incorporated to measure:
- Reduced bounce-rate
- Increase user engagement with content
- Increase membership applications submissions
- Increase eNews subscribers
