1770 promote good health and well-being with their locally sourced and unprocessed Manuka honey. Their manuka comes from the nectar and pollen of the Leptospermum tree, a native Australian and New Zealand plant. Prior to engaging Drive Digital, they were operating from a DIY eCommerce platform which they had outgrown due to the success of their product. Now, they have upgraded to Shopify so they can internationally distribute their honey and expand their wholesale offering.

Their existing website did not accurately represent their sophisticated brand nor could it adapt to their growing and changing product offering. Additionally, they required a site that could enable B2B sales. This meant developing a professional site that visually reflected their high-quality product offering and business values.
Advanced product page features
Our challenge was to find the balance between letting the fantastic product images do the talking and also, providing valuable product information that customers required to make a purchase. To create this balance, we customised slide out product descriptions that allowed the images to shine but with a simple mouse hover over, all the product information would be displayed.
Completely customised Shopify theme
It was highly important for 1770 to have a unique and sophisticated website design. We created a clean, simplistic and modern theme that was designed to showcase their beautiful product range.
Pick & choose product packs
We created a customised gift box product for 1770 which allows website visitors to build their own gift box based on the entire catalogue of products.
